 Standard UK Delivery   –   £4.50  Delivery takes 1 -3  working days

Next Day Delivery    –   £6.95    Delivery takes 1 working day

 All orders are sent tracked and we will email you the tracking once the order is sent.  You can see the progress of any despatched orders at www.royalmail.com with your tracking number

We endeavour to meet our products estimated dispatch times on all orders placed before 3:00pm Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed the following working day. Please note this excludes weekends and public holidays. For example, an order placed at 4:00pm on a Friday will not be processed for dispatch until the following Monday.

Orders will require a signature upon delivery. If no-one is available to sign for the package you will be left a card where you can arrange to have the package redelivered or pick it up from your local sorting office. 

Non Delivered Goods

If you do not receive an item then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the item.

We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the item was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from Royal Mail.
